Refunds are applicable only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
Personalized treatments, consultations, or services are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support with your order details and proof (such as photos of the damaged/incorrect product).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to have the product replaced at no extra cost, subject to availability.
5. Shipping Costs
If the refund is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping charges.
For other cases, customers may bear the return shipping cost.
